Recently Christa Chenevert, our realtor with Coldwell Banker Prime Properties, was successful in selling our home. Christa is extremely hard working, respectful and responsive. We were impressed with how competent she is in using the latest technology and marketing strategies, which resulted in a broad reach in that specific demographic where she could find the most qualified buyer. This resulted in a quick sale at an optimal price of over one million dollars. I would highly recommend Christa if you are looking for top level service and an agent who has an unwavering loyalty to the person whose interest she is representing.

The property had been on the market for approx. eight months with limited traffic and no offers. After the Christa took over the listing the house sold in approx. 75 days at the same price point as the initial listing. Her astute marketing skills and focused efforts made all the difference. She knows the market, used advanced analytics/advertising to promote your home and has the personal contacts within the industry (other realtors, relocation firms, lawyers, etc.) to properly market your house. She also ensures you stay appropriately informed throughout the process. Overall, an exceptional effort on her part and a pleasure to work with. She made the entire process an enjoyable experience.

Christa asked very good questions of parties involved to make sure it was a good fit for me and the other party. I felt that Christa was always looking out for me.
